So it has been a while since I last blogged or released any content to you my amazing readers. I would first like to thank those who reached out to me & encouraged me to get back into blogging during this period away. By God’s Grace I am now back!
I thought that this would be the best time to provide you all with an update on what I have been up to in the last few months and to also share with you what I have been learning, as always.
💎 Christian Clothing/ Merchandise
So those who follow me on my social media would have already seen that I have been busy with a new venture, currently called DBE Designs. Check it out (@dbe__uk) on Instagram. The main vision of this venture is to represent Christ through wearing Christian clothing / having Christian merchandise and making it a lifestyle (It is not just a brand, it is a lifestyle).
There are more exciting things to come through DBE Designs so watch this space. Please support, follow, like and tell a friend to tell a friend.
You are the light of the world… Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven (Matthew 5:14, 16)

During my time away I have been reflecting and also thinking about purpose and the direction of this blog. During this period, I was reminded of the original vision of the blog which is to inspire and encourage others to do better in the different areas of life. Sometime last year I wrote a blog post on purpose and making a difference. And now a year on I have felt the need to redefine my purpose based on where I am today. Now don’t get me wrong, my sole purpose has not changed but one thing I have been learning is that the more we walk in purpose, the clearer things become to us.
For the first time in my life, I have found myself in the workplace walking in purpose. Little things such as being able to use the gift of writing God has given me within my workplace is just one aspect of it. Helping those who are less fortunate and being able to contribute to charitable causes is another aspect.
This has given me some further direction for my blog. By God’s grace you will be seeing more blog posts about my experiences in the work place, book reviews, event feedback, bible studies and some guest posts. During the month of November and December DBE are welcoming guest blog posts. So if you are interested in writing please DM me on any of my social media or email email@example.com expressing your interest.
Galatians 1:10 – For do I now persuade men, or God? Or do I seek to please men? For if I still pleased men, I would not be a bondservant of Christ.
So part of my reflection on purpose took me to the realisation that at times without realising, I was trying to please man rather than God. Even down to the content I was releasing at times was focussed on how people would respond. But the funny thing is, the more I tried to please people by writing posts on certain topics, the less people were actually impacted. One lesson I have taken from this is to please God first and He will handle the rest.
I am excited for the redefined direction this blog is taking and I hope you are excited too. My main mission is to encourage you through my experiences, the things that I learn and even the mistakes that I make. So carry on along in this journey with me to learning and growing daily.
With love 💋
